Frank Dillon

Frank Dillon has over 25 years experience in the media industry in Ireland, with a career spanning journalism, magazine publishing, media training and event management. Specialising in business and management issues, he has worked with a wide variety of publications including The Sunday Times and The Irish Times. He was Editor of the Irish Management Institute's magazine, 'Management' for six years before establishing his own publication, 'Decision', in 1996. Decision is published as a quarterly print publication and has recently launched an author events spin-off called Decision Presents. Over the past ten years he has been putting his knowledge of media to use as a lecturer for the PR Institute of Ireland's Diploma course and also works as a private media trainer for corporate clients, offering tailored training programmes for individuals and small groups. He has also been commissioned by public relations firms to write corporate case studies and has written three books on property. Frank is often called upon by corporate businesses to write reports and briefing papers and has produced corporate contract magazines for a range of large organisations from concept through to delivery in print and online formats. He has a specialist knowledge of the Irish newspaper and magazine publishing markets and has engaged in consultancy projects by some of Ireland's leading publishing companies.
