DECISION organises author speaking events in association with Harvard Business Review and The MBA Association of Ireland amongst others. Events to date have involved authors including Gareth Jones and Rob Goffee (Why should anyone work for you?), Whitney Johnson (Build an ‘A’ Team), Marc Gruber, (Where to play?) Nick Morgan (Can you hear me?), Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg (Innovation as usual) and Stephen Heidari Robinson (Re-org – how to get it right).

These moderated events provide an opportunity for invited audiences to hear top management authors live in a breakfast or evening event setting.

We also held a Brexit-related event themed around the War for Talent, looking at the HR consequences of Britain leaving the European Union, in conjunction with executive search firm Hanover. Guest speaker for this event was Alan Dukes, former Minister for Finance and Chairman of IBRC.

Decision will be rolling out a new series of events for 2020 involving a number of new formats.

Events can be tailored for specific clients. To discuss options and your  requirements in this area please contact Frank Dillon

Our most recent event was organised with Hanover Executive Search. It featured former Finance Minister Alan Dukes together with a guest panel discussing ‘Ireland, Brexit and the war for talent’.  Decision Editor Frank Dillon was MC at the event that took place in The Chester Beatty Library.
